Tuesday in the 'Peg

Well here goes! On this blog I intend to discuss topical legal issues in Canadian Family Law, Wills & Estates and Real Estate Law. Nothing here is meant to be construed as legal advice, just a forum to discuss the current state of the law. I would also like to explore some of the trends toward Collaborative Law as it pertains to Family law and Wills & Estates law. Apparently the trend is also moving into the realm of Corporate law which I personally find fascinating. As they say, "if you can make it there, you'll make it anywhere". Sorry, that's as far as I go....you have to hum the tune to "New York, New York" yourself! Not sure when the 'blogging' will begin but please, check back.
